Care Instructions

We want your mat to last you as long as possible so here’s a couple of simple care instructions:

  • Do not leave your mat in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
  • Do not put your mat in the washing machine or tumble dryer.
  • Clean hands and feet before use.
  • Spray lightly with eucalyptus or antibacterial spray sporadically to eradicate any bacteria.
  • Clean with a cloth and warm water, or if it needs a really good clean, use warm soapy water, wipe down, rinse thoroughly and then hang to dry in the shade. (Do not roll away when still wet or damp)
  • Do not use oils, bleach or alcohol based cleaners or harsh abrasives. 

 

Easy Returns Process


We're sure this will never come up but………... if you're not happy with your purchase get in touch with us, we accept returns within 30 days. Make sure your mat is unused and in original condition.

Returning because of damage..

If you receive your mat and it's damaged or there's an issue with quality, we'll pay for all postage charges and issue you with a credit, exchange or refund (and of course an apology).

Returning because you changed your mind..

If you've simply changed your mind we're happy to refund, exchange or issue a credit, minus the postage total. We can exchange or refund only if the product is unused and in a saleable condition. If you're exchanging a product that is not faulty – the postage will be your responsibility.


To make a return, start by contacting us to explain the issue. We know this kind of thing can be a pain so we'll act quickly to get it all sorted out for you.

 

Notes on sending packages:

Please put your name, address and order number on the back on the package.

Make sure you get a tracking number for your return package so you can track it in transit.
